We are working on the development of a prototype to test milli-mixers (small scale static mixer) efficiency. Based on continuous chemistry principle, our goal is to propose to researchers and engineers a simple equipment to quickly test the efficiency of a new design. Flow chemistry presents many advantages for small-scale production, emulsions, pre-mixing of sensitive reactions or to mix viscous fluids. However, it is not very well known in the world of small scale industries and labs. We would like to help them to discover how it could help to accelerate new process development. To improve our prototype, we are looking for applications examples to work on.
